During my days as the Lead Instructor at Indoc, it was disheartening to see candidates with the right mentality fail due to a lack of effective training. Candidates used to to tell me how they prepared, and I couldn't believe some of the things they were doing. Some of these included:
High Intensity (weightlifting) workouts lasting 20 minutes
Books from Operators who know nothing about Pararescue Indoc... or the Air Force for that matter
Fitness programs from former Operators who give out bad info and only have experience at Indoc when they went through selection... who knows how long ago
Various "Military Operator" workouts on the Internet not targeted toward Indoc Grad Standards
Throwing together random workouts they thought would help them
Taking advice from candidates who haven't been through selection or other anonymous people on various forums

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR
This 18-week program is designed for prospective PJ/CRO trainees that already meet the PAST standards. I have personally designed this program to put you beyond grad standards to ensure your success. Using all the core exercises I wrote into the current Indoc lesson plans, it will get you ready for the smoke sessions to come. This program is not for the faint of heart, it requires extreme dedication, commitment, and honesty to be completed successfully. You will get out of this program what you put into it... so you must hold yourself accountable.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This Coaching program is 16 weeks of 6 training days/wk of intense training, followed by 2 weeks of focused recovery. Some days of this program mimic a typical day at indoc, while other days focus on certain aspects such as running or calisthenics. Included in each day of the program are warm-ups, foam rolling, and mentorship/insider indoc tips. You should have a SOLID foundation of fitness prior to starting this program, and be able to pass the PAST. You will be able to choose any Monday start date following your purchase.

Think of me as your coach. This isn’t just a workout program... it's the most targeted for PJ Indoc (A&S) you will find. I made sure to put a lot of thought in how each workout is organized, to make it as efficient as possible. This is not a PDF workout you print out and take to the gym, it's MUCH more. MEET YOUR COACH
Brian Silva, Coach, is a former Pararescueman who was the lead instructor/instructor supervisor at PJ Indoctrination from 2015 to the end of 2018. While stationed at JBSA Lackland, he was honored to be able to instill the PJ mentality in the students going through the Pararescue Indoctrination Course, and had the opportunity to re-write the lesson plans for the course in 2018.
His goal for this workout program is to impart as much knowledge as possible, providing insight no one else can provide.
Through his targeted coaching, he utilizes his 12+ years of experience as a PJ Team Leader to motivate and inspire you. At the end of these workout programs you will have confidence that you will never fail an evaluation while at the Indoctrination course... provided you put in the hard work and follow his guidance to a "T".
Brian is currently still active duty, pursuing a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at a top 10 rated school.
